There was a watch at one time that had an lcd image of a baby or puppy that required constant monitoring such as: diaper change, hugging, consoling after injury, playing and feeding. The program would run successfully if these needs were met and it could eventually die if we failed to attend to its needs. I believe it was called a Yamaguchi Baby.
The medium used to present it was a watch. "Watch" had a two fold use in this case: Its core and its need.
We could remove this little "lifeform" and place it in just about anything such as a PC (which it must have been developed in) or in a robotic body. The program and information can be proven the same and identical clones can exist. In a PC we could "enhance" it to do more.
The human personna is different. We view ourselves as unique based on our genetic permutations, memories, and many, many other things. We are the same human race. Our core is the same (DNA) and adapted to its environment. It is the "The past lives of our ancestors" embodied in physical form. Like the Yamaguchi baby, we share needs. But we have heart to care for and nurture friendships. We also can create and adapt, which it cannot. Robotics are advancing to the point where human reasoning imitates casual observation and recognition and may one day be a thinking Artificial Intelligence. It does not carry the "family history" as does DNA. To complicate and enhance it, is RHNA that determines appearance and equipment such as teeth and hair color.(I believe this is the correct term.) So it seems we are many different sources of information.
A person could load information into a brain and the brain and DNA both do the thinking in ways we are far from understanding. Perhaps this is the source of conscious an unconsciencious thought. Our brain loads itself full of information that our DNA somehow, is adapting for information to be placed into the sons and daughters and the next generations. (zip files?) This is after all, the goal for long term evolution and for preservation of life. These adaptations include characteristic choices in life and this is the form that survived to procreate. Our present choices are being made by our dead ancestors through our DNA while the new choices are left to us. These new choices are for the next generations of the human race and each variation is the next logical choice for survival. It is during this moment in time the we "ARE" and never will be again.
Physical life is so fluid and the moment of life is different from day to day. Even our reasoning will change the bodies we are in. This stage in the evolutionary process may medically alter the lengths of our lives, the capacity of our memories, the appearance of our children, the intellectual quotient and the emotional quotient of the next generation. These dramtic changes will cause a magnificent TIC in the evolutionary clock. We will be able to take starstuff and recreate it, duplicating everything in our past. We will evolve from seconds away from doomdays clock and become the step 2 in human evolution and further steps as we evolve. These steps are when we realize we are all in this together.
We become the group form of a "living body comprised of complex groups of DNA" within the universe and a new life form. This new life form becomes much like the Amoeba swimming for the first time in a fresh pool of water. The universe is our medium to swim in. Since time and the universe are physical attributes, they become an extension of us that we can use or change, moreso than we do now. We can evolve into the very God that science is questioning to this moment. If some genetic strain from Earth were to evolve into the "highest order" in the Universe, then the prophesy of our ancestors (through our DNA) is fulfilled. We prove the existence of God and he is within us. Conventional wisdom steps back at this while others would embrace it and that is the dynamic of life, either a yes or no.
Since evolution is an arbitrary process, it has to fail from time to time. Transpermia, shows us that rocks could carry gentic information such as bacteria to another celestial location like Mars to Earth. How many times has the bacteria travelled to another place to start anew? We could very well be alien to Earth, created from the Earth or both. The Universe may have the ingredient to create life, built into it. It through random selection creates the very life that proves it exists. We are one.
So, I believe God exists in all life and on its own. The highest intelligence in the universe, may be the son of a yet higher God.This God may step through time and record you memories and all of your processes and DNA compliments and be able to reproduce you from a scratch, literally of your skin. The pyramid of life may be capped with the "All Seeing Eye of God" at its top. The highest order would be a living being that can look in restrospect and answer your prayers and mine, just as we can change the things we see in our moment in the sun. We can honor all life, recognize its need to exist and help it from time to time. We are Sons and Daughters of God.
